We offer a superb six-month live teleconference group coaching program utilizing The Smart Sales Solution™ process, for 3-8 participants.
This is geared mostly toward newer, less experienced sales professionals who want to gain core selling skills, disciplines and systems necessary to compete effectively in their marketplace. More experienced sales professionals looking for a productivity boost benefit as well from having The Six Foundational Corners™.
Clients will be held accountable and their performance measured to ensure that the acquired sales skills are being used and applied.
Like our one on one coaching program, participants will complete the DISC, PME and SSI assessments (link to the assessment page) and learn how to take their strengths and leverage them back into their business and identify development areas to overcome.
Session one is two hours and remaining sessions are one hour in length every other week for six months to ensure everything that is necessary to grow your business is in place.
